Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lauded Radha Soami Satsang Beas for its role in serving society.
PM Modi visited – “Radha Soami Satsang Beas” in Amritsar, Punjab on Saturday (Oct 5, 2022). In his over an hour-long stay at the Radha Soami Satsang Beas, he had an interaction with its chief Gurinder Singh Dhillon. He appreciated Radha Soami Satsang’s role in serving society.

“Under the leadership of Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon Ji, the RSSB is at the forefront of numerous community service efforts,” Modi had said in his tweet on Friday.

The Prime Minister also visited the community kitchen run by the RSSB where devotees could be seen chopping vegetables and making chappatis, preparing for the langar. PM greeted the RSSB volunteers in the kitchen.

A non-profit institution, RSSB keeps no affiliation to any political party or group or commercial organisation. Starting from 1891, when it came into inception under the guidance of spiritual leader Baba Jaimal Singh, Radha Soami Satsang Beas is today spread in ninety countries across the globe.
Prime Minister’s visit to RSSB in the thick of Himachal Assembly elections assumes much significance as besides Punjab, the RSSB keeps a commendable following in Himachal Pradesh.
